Apsen: a friendly company
In October 2003, APSEN was selected and appointed to receive the Certification as a “Empresa Legal” (meaning a “Friendly Company”), a seal for quality created by the NGO Instituto Motiva de Educação Comunitária e Desenvolvimento Local (Motiva Institute for Communitarian Education and Local Development).
